Building Student’s Leadership Capacity

This workshop is designed for adults who want to help empower students and build their relationship skills. We will discuss various forms of youth leaderships and how ‘adultism’ can lead to reduced student participation. We will then examine strategies for thoughtful engagement that include choice, input and shared leadership.
